Ms. Dina R. Asmussen is DanDrit Biotech's former chief executive officer. She holds a Master Sc. Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Peter Brincker Møller

Master of economics from CBS.

Investment banking experience +20 years from bank, institutional investors and corporate finance.

Performed several stock exchange listings, M&A transactions and the largest equity offer on NASDAQ OMX in 2007.

Has several years of experience with strategic financial advisory for the management and board of middle sized and smaller companies. Worked with DanDrit in several rounds as advisor. First time in 2001. Joined board in 2011.

Eric Leire

Eric Leire has substantial background from several senior positions in many pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Dr. Leire has worked globally for many international organizations. His experience includes working for Schering-Plough, Pfizer, Inc., Pharmacia, Harvard AIDS Institute, bioStrategies Group and he has been the CEO of US biotech companies such as APT Therapeutics and Paringenix. He is an MD with an MBA.
